Hi,  I am Teresa Lynn Johnson, and I began my art journey over 25 years ago. I have been painting, learning, teaching, showing and absorbing art for many years now.

In 2012, I was fortunate to be one of twelve artist nationwide chosen, to participate in a one year mentor-ship under the guidance of well known Taos artist, Kevin Macpherson. With his teachings, I gained confidence and was given the knowledge needed to begin my journey and become a professional artist.
In addition I hold an advanced Fine Art Certification from Sessions Professional School of Design out of Phoenix, AZ and have studied with many wonderful artists over the years in various workshops and classes all over the western United States.

I love sharing the knowledge I have gained over the years, passing forward what has been passed to me. I look forward to sharing that knowledge with you and guiding you into learning to oil paint. Anyone can learn and I can help you, so do not be afraid, just dive in! Its so rewarding!
